Mission: To help young men and women reach their full potential both on and off the court.

Will Spradling grew up in Overland Park, Kansas where he attended Shawnee Mission South High School.  He then attended Kansas State University on a full ride scholarship where he received his degree in Business Management.  While at K-State he was a part of a program that reached the NCAA Tournament all 4 years and won a Big 12 regular season title.  He is 1 of 4 players in K-State history to produce 1,000 points, 300 assists, 300 rebounds, and 100 steals.  Will is now a teacher and the head boys basketball coach at St. Marys High School.

With Will's love and passion for the game he began Spradling Skills Academy in 2014 with the goal to help young men and women reach their full potential on and off the court.  Currently Will is the head coach of the 15U Elite Black but is consistently seen throughout the program.  He also oversees all clinics and lessons.
