SSA Girls Coaching Staff
Kelly Moylan
Kelly Moylan is from Emmett, Kansas, and attended high school at St. Mary's High. There, she was named an honorable mention All-American by USA TODAY and a consensus all-state selection as senior. She was also honored as the 1989 Kansas Sports Magazine Player of the Year and recorded 1,841 career points.
Kelly then went on to play at Kansas State University from 1989-1993. She was a four-year letterwinner in her playing career. She finished her career while ranking 11th all-time in both career 3-pointers made (108) and 3-pointers attempted (281) in Kansas State program history. She also ranks seventh all-time in career 3-point field goal percentage (38.4%).
Kelly served as head girls basketball coach at Hiawatha High School in Hiawatha, KS (1996-1999) and then Junction City High School in Junction City, KS (2004-2006). She earned Co-Coach of the Year honors at JCHS.
After 4 years of High School coaching, she completed 8 seasons (2006-2014) as an assistant coach at Kansas State University. In her years there, KSU qualified for the NCAA tournament or WNIT. The team won the Big 12 Championship in 2008.
From Kansas State, she went to Northern Colorado (2014-2018). In her four seasons with the Bears as an Assistant Coach, she helped guide the team to a historical season, including breaking the school's record for most wins (22) by the women's basketball program, and helped guide the team to be the top defensive team in the Big Sky Conference. The team advanced to the third round of the WNIT. The Bears won a Big Sky Champion regular season and Big Sky Tournament Champions in 2018.
Currently, Kelly serves as the assistant coach for the Manhattan High girls basketball team, and is a Physical Education teacher at Susan B Anthony Middle School.
Tony Ingram
Tony grew up in McLeansboro, IL, and attended high school in Liberty, TX. Kansas Wesleyan University brought him to Kansas where he played 4 years of basketball and baseball for the Coyotes.
Coach Ingram has been a part of the SSA Girls Basketball program for 6 years now, coaching 13u to 17u teams. He helped lead the 15U Black team to a MAYB 9th/10th National North Championship in 2024. The team also finished 1st at the All Iowa Attack 9/10th grade Center Stage tournament in Des Moines, Iowa last season. They had numerous 1st - 2nd and 3rd place finishes at MAYB tournaments throughout the summer as well.
Tony has over 26 years of basketball coaching experience, 6 as head coach at Chapman High School. He spent 10 years as an assistant coach at Junction City High School, before coming to Manhattan, where he is currently in his 11th year as assistant coach for the Manhattan High Indians Boys Basketball program.
At Manhattan High, Tony is also the head coach for the MHS Girls (10 yrs) & Boys Tennis programs (4th yr). He was named 2019 Girls 6A Tennis Coach of the Year. In 2019 and 2020, his Girls Manhattan High Tennis team finished 3rd & in 2021 his MHS Boys team finished 3rd as well, at the KSHSAA 6A Tennis State Tournament.
Tony is married to his wife, Shelly, and they have two daughters, Ally, a sophomore at Fort Hays State University, and Avery, a sophomore at Manahttan High School. He currently teaches Fitness and Leadership and Physical Education at Anthony Middle School.
Basketball is Tony's true passion, and he is always excited for the opportunity to coach in the SSA girls basketball program.
Shawn Becket
Shawn Becket is from Pittsburgh, Pensilvania. He played college lacrosse at Ohio University for 3 years. There, he was named team captain, was the team's leading scorer, and MAC Champion. From there, he moved on to Auburn University, where he played an additional 2 years, being named team captain. Shawn was selected All-Conference and USILA East National All-Star. Later, he was an Assistant Coach as the Offensive Coordinator for 1 year.
Shawn has extensive basketball coaching experience - 5 years of AAU girls basketball coaching experience ("Chaos", Pittsburgh, PA); and 4 years of boys travel basketball coaching experience (Baldwin Whitehall, PA). This is his 3rd year with SSA.
Shawn is a member of the Naismith Awards for Men's and Women's College Basketball.
Kirill Kibisov
Kirill Kibisov is from Moscow, Russia. He played collegiately at Southwestern Christian University in Bethany, Oklahoma (NAIA) from 2013-2018. There, the team was two-time NCCAA Championship Runner-Up (2016, 2018).
Coach Kirill began his coaching career at Southwestern Christian University as a Graduate Assistant from 2018-2020. From there, he coached at Abilene Middle School (2020-22, 8th Grade Boys Head Coach). He currently is the 9th Grade Boys Head Coach at Manhattan High School (2022-Present).
At the AAU level, "Coach K" has coached teams based in both Oklahoma (Team Oklahoma / Oklahoma Basketball Academy, 2018-2020, coaching 13U-15U Boys and 17U Girls teams) and Kansas (SSA, 2021-23, coaching 16U and 17U Boys teams).
Kirill has been a math teacher at Manhattan HIgh School since 2022.
Maxine Doering
Maxine Doerning played at Manhattan High School from 2020-2024. During her time at Manhattan High, she was named a McDonald's All-American Nominee and named First Team All-League. She holds the single game scoring record (33 pts). Maxine played with SSA from 2020-2024.
Maxine began coaching with SSA in 2024.
Maxine is a student at Kansas State University, studying Integrative Physiology on a Pre-Med track. She minors in Spanish.
